Tennessee National Guard

Below is an email Ricky received from one of our troops about his song She's an American Soldier (left)

"I am a female American Soldier with the Tennessee National Guard.  I am currently stationed in Kuwait.  There is simply not much to be said about the female soldier, especially if the soldier is National Guard and you get to enjoy your family most of the time.  But as a very dedicated person to remembering all that this war boils down to is the land we have to fight for, I volunteered to come here and do my part.  It’s all about what my children’s future will hold or will they even have a future if we stand by and do nothing.  So I am doing all I can.  I would like to personally thank you for your support of the female soldier.  Believe it or not it’s a personal thing over here.  Each time someone like you does what you do for us, it’s not just about a female soldier, it’s about me.  So tell everyone not to thank us for what we do, because this was a choice we made.  The thanks is really due to you.  You are the support that keeps us from forgetting why we signed up.  You are the support that our families get when we are away.  We would love to see you over here.  Contact USO and see what they can do.  Thank you for everything."

Ricky Lee (left) is a Pennsylvania Country Music artist. Ricky Lee appears at a number of PA and out of state events and fairs. Ricky has been a big supporter of our Troops and is working closely with the VFW, both on the state and national level. As a retired Air Force guy I'd like to personally thank and endorse Ricky Lee Music.
